The Diaper Bank of the Inland Empire (DBIE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing diaper insecurity for low-income families in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. The organization provides diapers and wipes to families in need through direct distribution, partnerships with community organizations, and mobile diaper distribution to remove transportation barriers.
